1. Overview
SalesPup offers sales popup services and related tools to you, the user, under the condition that you accept all of our terms, including these Terms & Conditions and all related policies.
By using our website at salespup.com, connecting your Stripe account, or otherwise making use of our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services. If you do not agree to any of these terms, you may not use our services.
2. Eligibility and acceptable use
2.1. Age requirements
By using SalesPup, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. Users under 13 years of age may not use our services under any circumstances.
2.2. Acceptable use
You agree to use SalesPup only for lawful purposes. Specifically, you may not:
- Use our services in combination with, or for the purpose of, any illegal activities
- Use our services to display false, misleading, or fabricated purchase data
- Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or compromise our systems
- Use automated tools to scrape or abuse our platform
- Resell or redistribute access to SalesPup without explicit written permission
- Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation
2.3. Consequences of breach
Breaching any of these terms may result in:
- Immediate suspension or termination of your account
- Loss of access to SalesPup services without refund
- Legal action if damages occur
- Reporting to appropriate authorities if illegal activity is suspected
3. The service
3.1. Service description
SalesPup provides a sales popup tool that connects to your Stripe account via a read-only API and displays real purchase notifications on your website. The service includes:
- A customizable popup widget displaying recent Stripe purchases
- A Stripe-verified proof page linked from each popup
- A dashboard to manage your popup settings and connected websites
3.2. Stripe integration
By connecting your Stripe account, you authorize SalesPup to access your Stripe purchase data on a read-only basis, limited to purchase location and timestamp. You may revoke this access at any time from your Stripe dashboard. SalesPup does not store sensitive customer data such as names, emails, or card details.
3.3. Service availability and modifications
We reserve the right to:
- Update, modify, or improve the service at any time
- Modify or discontinue the service, or any portion thereof, at any time
- Restrict access to certain features based on your plan
We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes. SalesPup is not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.
4. Pricing and payment
4.1. Pricing
All prices are displayed in USD. Prices are subject to change at any time. SalesPup offers one-time purchases - you pay once and the license is yours permanently with no recurring fees.
4.2. Taxes
Prices do not include applicable taxes. You are responsible for any sales tax, VAT, or other taxes that apply in your jurisdiction.
4.3. Payment processing
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method and confirm that you have the legal right to use the payment method provided.
4.4. Refund policy
Due to the digital and immediately accessible nature of our product, refunds are generally not provided. Exceptions may be considered within 14 days of purchase if the product has a significant defect that cannot be resolved. All refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. 5. Intellectual property
All code, design, branding, and content on SalesPup are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Your one-time purchase grants you a license to use the SalesPup popup script on your own website(s) according to your plan (Starter: 1 website, Pro: unlimited websites).
You may not:
- Redistribute, resell, or sublicense access to SalesPup
- Reverse engineer or modify the SalesPup script
- Use SalesPup branding or assets without explicit written permission
- Create competing products derived from SalesPup
6. Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SalesPup and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use or inability to use the service.
Our total liability for all claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to SalesPup, or $100 USD, whichever is greater. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SalesPup and its operators from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use or misuse of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.
9. Third-party services
SalesPup integrates with Stripe and may reference other third-party services. These third parties have their own terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, functionality, or privacy practices of any third-party services.
10. Termination
You may stop using SalesPup at any time by contacting us at hello @ m.salespup.com.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or engage in fraudulent or harmful activity. Upon termination for violation of terms, you are not entitled to a refund.
11. Errors and corrections
In the event of pricing or content errors on our website, we reserve the right to correct them without prior notice and to cancel any orders made based on faulty information. If an order is cancelled, a full refund will be provided.
12. Entire agreement
These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and SalesPup regarding your use of the service.
13. Acknowledgment
BY USING SALESPUP, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THEM.
